Overview
Getting a ride often means waiting without knowing when a driver will arrive, while drivers struggle to find nearby riders and operators have little visibility over who is on the road.
Payments, trip records and driver checks were handled separately, so riders had no simple history of their journeys and operators spent time verifying drivers by hand.
We designed and built a rider app, a driver app and an admin web portal, all connected through a single real-time backend.
Riders can request a trip, follow their driver on a live map and pay by cash or card. Drivers sign up through a guided onboarding flow, accept rides and complete trips from one place, while administrators manage drivers from the portal.
