Overview
Software teams lose users when onboarding is slow and help is hard to find. Customers get stuck on a step, wait for support or give up before they see the value of the product.
Training was usually delivered through separate videos, documents or live sessions, away from the screen where users actually needed the help.
We built Cleva, an AI training agent that sits inside the app and acts like a software specialist always by the user’s side. It looks at the user’s screen, understands the task in front of them and explains the next step with voice and visual cues.
Teams can create structured learning modules, or let customers build their own, and track progress from a training dashboard. Cleva adapts to each user’s pace, so onboarding is quicker and people keep using the product.
